Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final No Change of Mind Refunds
All products sold by FIERCE Basketball, including apparel, uniforms, and merchandise, are pre-order only.
As such, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing ordered
- Preference for a different style, colour, or design. Please ensure you check all sizing guides and order details carefully before submitting your purchase.
2. Pre-Order Basis
Most items are produced on a pre-order basis, meaning they are custom ordered and manufactured specifically
for your request. For this reason, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty or not as described.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund in the event that a product:
- Is faulty or damaged upon receipt
- Is significantly different from what was described or shown
- Fails to meet acceptable quality standards

You may be required to provide photo evidence of the issue, along with your order number.
4. Processing Timeframes
If a refund or exchange is approved due to a faulty product, we will:
- Offer a replacement where possible, or
- Issue a refund via the original payment method
